And I feel good. It is pretty cool to be more fit. I feel real good compared to when I had my surgery.

Pure Cardio today…
wow, I’m beat. Today’s workout was crazy hard, but i only know I’ll be better for it. Also, thank you @Saosin for an awesome soundtrack to my workout. every song on the self titled record makes me feel like pushing my limits, even the slow songs

I really hate Shaun T’s voice. I started putting the TV on mute and playing my music instead. It helps the time go by faster.
